Programme Manager, Amazon Transportation Service

We are seeking a highly skilled Programme Manager to join our Amazon Transportation Service (ATS) team. As a Programme Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of Amazon's transportation operations.
Key Responsibilities- Launch programmes, monitor performance metrics, and report on the status of key objectives that affect deliverables
- Use data to understand operational challenges and create continuous improvement initiatives
- Work with a variety of other Amazon departments to identify and leverage best practices
- Within a programme environment, lead a multidisciplinary team in overcoming challenges and drive progress
- Manage stakeholders and internal processes, and define standards
As a Programme Manager, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and improving initiatives that ensure the smooth running of our operations. You will work closely with a range of Amazon colleagues to understand how they work, and what you and your teams can learn, as well as sharing your own expertise.
About the TeamAmazon couldn't deliver at pace without the Amazon Transportation Service (ATS) team. As part of ATS, you will be welcomed into a diverse team that plays a central role in our success towards Driver, Carrier, Community Experience and Relay Technology. Using air, sea and road transport, as well as sortation centres equipped with the latest technology, you will help Amazon's transport run at maximum efficiency. Our team captures data and uses it to drive decisions. They are key to making Amazon more innovative and efficient.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- Experience in program or project management
- Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
- Experience defining and executing program requirements
- Experience in driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience leading process improvements
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
