We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Administrator to join our team at New Appointments Group. As an industry leader in our field, we are committed to providing exceptional service to our clients and candidates.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the team with financial duties, including daily, monthly, and annual tasks. This will involve preparing monthly bank reconciliations for different currencies, creating sales and purchase invoices, and processing expenses.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Financial data entry and reconciliation
- Preparation of financial reports and statements
- Assistance with credit control and supplier statement reconciliations
- Processing of sales and purchase invoices
- Financial analysis and reporting
Requirements for the role include:
- Educated to A Level standard
- Experience in sales and purchase ledger
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
This is a temporary to permanent role, working Monday to Friday, with the possibility of hybrid working after probation. The role pays £12.01 per hour and includes onsite parking.
