About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Owner to join our team at Bank of America. As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for driving the development of our technology products and ensuring they meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain the product backlog, ensuring it is aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to prioritize and deliver features, ensuring timely and high-quality results.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide solutions that meet their needs.
  • Manage and prioritize epics and features, ensuring they are aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to teams, ensuring they have the necessary resources and expertise to deliver high-quality results.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, ensuring they are informed and engaged throughout the product development process.
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of financial domain and experience working with Treasury Products.
  • Proven experience as a Product Owner, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality results.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide solutions that meet business objectives and customer needs.
  • Experience working in Agile methodologies, preferably Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
