Key Responsibilities- Product Strategy & Roadmap: Develop and maintain the product vision and strategy for payment solutions, creating and managing the product roadmap to align with company goals and market demands.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, define features, and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring clear communication of the product vision and goals.
- Market & User Research: Conduct market research and user feedback sessions to understand customer needs and market trends, using insights to inform product decisions and improvements.
- Product Development: Collaborate with engineering teams to define product requirements, create user stories, and ensure the successful delivery of features, participating in agile development processes, including sprint planning and review sessions.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor product performance and usage metrics, analyzing data to identify opportunities for improvement and drive product enhancements.
- Compliance & Security: Ensure payment products comply with industry regulations, security standards, and best practices, staying up-to-date with changes in payment industry regulations and standards.
- Go-to-Market & Support: Work with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and messaging, providing product expertise and support to sales, customer service, and other teams as needed.
- Experience in product management, with a focus on payment solutions or financial services.
- Proven track record of delivering successful payment products.
- Strong understanding of payment systems, including SWIFT, SEPA, BACS, CHAPS, and other relevant payment networks.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with APIs, payment gateways, and financial technologies.
- Experience with ISO20022, ISO8583, and other payment standards is a plus.
- Certifications: Product management certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) are advantageous.
