We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Mental Health Project Worker to join our team at The Lookout in Winchester. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with mental health needs to achieve their goals and live independently.
Key Responsibilities- Provide one-to-one support to customers, promoting their independence and well-being
- Develop and maintain accurate records and support plans, ensuring the needs of customers are met
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver small group activities, promoting recovery and well-being
- Conduct risk assessments and reviews to ensure the safety and dignity of customers
- Previous experience working with adults with mental health needs
- Ability to relate and empathise with individuals with mental health issues
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft packages and internet communications
- NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or willingness to work towards
- A competitive salary of £13.12 per hour
- 37.5 hours per week
- A range of benefits, including at least 25 days paid holiday, pension scheme, and health and well-being plans
