Overview

We are seeking a Senior Operations Manager to play a pivotal role in our expanding organization. This position will be instrumental in shaping the supply chain strategy and overseeing warehouse functions to facilitate growth and swift development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the commercial and strategic leader for our supply chain and warehouse operations.
  • Manage daily operations, ensuring that processes are efficient, cost-effective, and uphold the highest quality standards.
  • Oversee and manage the Profit & Loss for both our domestic facilities and international partners.
  • Formulate and implement a strategic plan that boosts operational capacity and aligns with our ambitious growth objectives.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and marketing teams to respond to market demands and influence key stakeholders, ensuring operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Guide and develop your team, promoting a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement while providing resources for their growth.
  • Ensure accurate inventory management and timely deliveries while maintaining high standards.
  • Lead health and safety initiatives, fostering a culture of safety and ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Continuously explore and implement technological advancements to enhance our systems and processes, driving improved commercial and customer outcomes.

Required Skills

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in managing international warehouse partnerships.
  • Strong financial management and budgeting skills.
  • Proven track record of data-driven decision-making and prioritization.
  • Able to effectively navigate and resolve challenges.
  • Positive demeanor with the ability to inspire and develop team members.
  • Strategic planning capabilities with innovative approaches to client needs.
  • Highly organized, analytical, and adept at presenting at all organizational levels.
  • Ability to think creatively and commercially.
