Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Operations Manager to take a pivotal role in our expanding organization. This position will involve spearheading the supply chain strategy and overseeing warehouse functions to facilitate growth and swift development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the commercial and strategic leader for our supply chain and warehouse operations.
  • Manage daily operations, ensuring that our processes are efficient, cost-effective, and maintain the highest quality standards.
  • Oversee and develop the Profit & Loss statements for both our domestic facilities and international partners.
  • Create and implement a strategic plan that enhances operational capabilities and aligns with our ambitious growth objectives.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and marketing teams to respond to market demands and influence key stakeholders to maintain operational efficiency and achieve customer satisfaction.
  • Guide and develop your team, promoting a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement while ensuring they have the necessary resources for growth.
  • Maintain accurate inventory management and ensure timely deliveries while upholding high standards.
  • Lead health and safety initiatives, fostering a culture of safety and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
  • Continuously explore and implement technological advancements to enhance our systems and processes, driving improved commercial and customer outcomes.

Required Skills

  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
