About the Role

As a Barista Maestro at Costa Coffee, you'll be responsible for leading a team of baristas to deliver exceptional customer experiences. You'll oversee day-to-day operations, stock management, health and safety, and store marketing, while inspiring your team to provide top-notch service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead shifts to support colleagues in delivering outstanding customer experiences
  • Maximize sales by utilizing team members' strengths
  • Train and accredit new baristas
  • Stay up-to-date with new recipes and ranges, and share knowledge with the team
  • Drive high standards in quality and customer satisfaction

About You

We're looking for a reliable and passionate individual with a love for coffee and people. You'll need:

Reliability to open and close the store safely and on timeTeam leadership experience in a fast-paced environmentA desire to take on shared responsibilityA love of turning knowledge into innovative ideas to drive store successWillingness to learn and be bold, brave, and action-orientedA flexible approach and can-do attitude
