Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Lubricants Business Development Specialist to join our growing team at Crown Oil Ltd. As a key player in our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our high-quality lubricants to a diverse range of clients across various industries.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. You will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound sales calls, identifying customer needs, and providing tailored lubricant solutions. Additionally, you will be expected to build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive repeat business and generate leads through proactive outreach and follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage sales calls and interactions with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored lubricant solutions.

- Generate leads through proactive outreach and follow-ups, and collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor products to better serve our customers.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in lubricants or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
- A background in engineering or a technical discipline is a plus.
