We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Therapies department at Barts Health NHS Trust. As a Therapies Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting our multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals in delivering exceptional patient care.
Main Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the Therapies teams, including Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech Therapists, Dieticians, and Exercise Physiologists.
- Manage Therapy stock orders and requests, ensuring timely delivery and accuracy.
- Support the Outpatient clinic service scheduling and coding, as well as clinic reception cover.
- Work closely with the Divisional operational team to support administrative activities across the Clinical Services Division.

Person Specification- Experience of working in a customer-focused environment.
- Previous experience of working in a busy call centre, reception, or equivalent.
- Ability to input and retrieve information on a computerized system.
