Job Overview

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Therapies teams, including Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech Therapists, Dieticians, and Exercise Physiologists.
  • Manage Therapy stock orders and requests, ensuring timely delivery and accuracy.
  • Support the Outpatient clinic service scheduling and coding, as well as clinic reception cover.
  • Work closely with the Divisional operational team to support administrative activities across the Clinical Services Division.

Person Specification
  • Experience of working in a customer-focused environment.
  • Previous experience of working in a busy call centre, reception, or equivalent.
  • Ability to input and retrieve information on a computerized system.
  • Able to work as an integral member of a team.
