Job Title: Therapy Assistant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and caring Therapy Assistant to join our team at Cromwell Hospital. As a Therapy Assistant, you will work under the direction of qualified therapists to provide high-quality patient care and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist and work alongside therapists in the care and rehabilitation of patients.
  • Participate in administrative and housekeeping duties to support the efficient operation of the Therapy Department.
  • Undertake duties as required by Therapy staff, including clinical and administrative tasks.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working in a healthcare or care service setting.
  • Previous experience of interaction with the public/patients.
  • Experience of working in a team.
  • Previous experience in reception and administrative tasks.
