About Us:
- Holistic Support Services is seeking dedicated and resilient individuals to join our Ofsted registered residential service. Ideal candidates will collaborate closely with our management team.
- While holding a Level 2 or 3 Diploma in Children's Residential is preferred, it is not mandatory for applicants.
- We offer both full-time and flexible hours, and while experience is beneficial, it is not a strict requirement.
- Our compensation package includes competitive pay rates and an additional £60.00 per night for overnight duties.
- A valid driving license is a plus, though not essential. If you believe you fit this profile, we encourage you to consider this opportunity.
- Taking charge during shifts and setting a positive example for the team.
- Distributing tasks equitably among staff members.
