Residential Child Care Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Child Care Worker to join our team at Exceptional Care. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to vulnerable young people in our residential setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for young people with complex needs
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with children and young people, as well as other outside agencies
- Support young people in achieving positive outcomes and learning experiences
- Work collaboratively with the team to create a loving and stable environment
Requirements:
- Level 3 or 4 Children and Young People's Workforce qualification or equivalent
- 1 year's experience supporting young people in a children's residential setting
- Full UK manual driving licence (preferred)
