Exceptional Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Child Care Worker

Location: Ormskirk, Lancashire

About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality care and support to young people in a residential setting

  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with young people, their families, and other professionals

  • Contribute to a safe and nurturing environment that promotes the well-being and development of young people

  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Level 3 or 4 Children and Young People's Workforce qualification or equivalent

  • 1 year's experience supporting young people in a children's residential setting

  • Full UK manual driving licence (preferred)
