Bank Children's Residential Child Care Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Child Care Worker to join our team at Exceptional Care. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to vulnerable young people with complex needs.
Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the physical, emotional, and practical needs of the young people in your care are met. This will involve developing positive relationships, creating a safe and stable environment, and working collaboratively with other professionals to achieve positive outcomes.
As a Residential Child Care Worker, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of the young people we support. You will be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about delivering exceptional care and making a positive impact on the lives of those we serve.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality care and support to young people with complex needs
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with young people, families, and other professionals
- Work collaboratively with the team to create a safe and stable environment
- Contribute to the development and implementation of individual care plans
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
Requirements
- Level 3 or 4 Children and Young People's Workforce qualification or equivalent
- 1 year's experience supporting young people in a children's residential setting
- Full UK manual driving licence (preferred)
