FRS Ltd is seeking a skilled Accounts Assistant to join their team in Nuneaton. The ideal candidate will have experience in processing Purchase & Sales Ledger, Payroll Administration, and supporting Month-End processes with the Finance Manager. They will also be responsible for generating ad-hoc reports for management.
The successful candidate will have a number of years' experience in a similar role or be an AAT studier looking for their first or second move. In return, the company offers a salary of £25,000 to £30,000 + private medical after probation, as well as on-site parking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process monthly payroll and maintain it on a regular basis
- Process all supplier/customer invoices and credit notes in the purchasing ledger
- Generate monthly reports for upper management relating to purchase orders and payments
- Manage up-to-date supplier/customer accounts and handle any queries or discrepancies
- Assist with ad-hoc administrative tasks as required by the finance team
Requirements:
- AAT studier or relevant experience (qualified by experience/QBE)
- Experience using Sage
- Previous use of MS Excel
- Personable and confident
- Able to commute to Nuneaton, Monday to Friday
