The successful candidate will be responsible for processing Purchase & Sales Ledger, Payroll Administration, and supporting Month-End processes with the Finance Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
* Run monthly payroll and ensure it is maintained on a regular basis
* Process all supplier/customer invoices and credit notes in the purchasing ledger
* Generate monthly reports for upper management relating to purchase orders and payments
* Manage up-to-date supplier/customer accounts and handle any queries or discrepancies
* Assist with ad-hoc administrative tasks as required by the finance team
Requirements:
* AAT studier or have relevant experience (qualified by experience/QBE)
* Experience using Sage
* Familiarity with MS Excel
* Personable and confident
* Ability to commute to Nuneaton, Monday to Friday
