The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Director to lead and oversee our client partnerships across a portfolio of Oncology brands. This is a high-impact role that offers the opportunity to make a significant contribution to our clients' success while working with a talented team of professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage client relationships across a diverse portfolio of Oncology brands, fostering strong partnerships built on trust and collaboration.
  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans that align with clients' business objectives and drive growth in the Oncology market.
  • Build and maintain a robust network of internal and external stakeholders, including regional, global, and local teams across various disciplines such as strategy, operations, medical affairs, and creative.
  • Leverage data and analytics to inform strategic decision-making, measure campaign performance, and identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory developments within the Oncology sector.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of success in senior client management roles within the healthcare industry, with a focus on Oncology brands.
  • Deep understanding of the pharmaceutical marketing landscape and experience working with diverse stakeholders across the healthcare ecosystem.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with a strategic mindset and a data-driven approach.
