Position Overview

We are thrilled to present an opportunity for a Senior Oncology Pharmacist to become a vital member of our multidisciplinary team. This role is ideal for a dedicated and proactive pharmacist eager to expand their expertise in oncology and haematology.

Key Responsibilities

As a member of our pharmacy team, you will:

  • Conduct clinical verification of oncology prescriptions.
  • Deliver inpatient clinical pharmacy services to oncology wards.
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team on oncology day units.
  • Provide essential counselling and support for patients undergoing oral SACT.
  • Assist aseptic services with the final release of SACT products.
  • Facilitate the integration of new medications into our services.
  • Engage in service development initiatives, including outpatient clinic support.
  • Contribute to audit and research activities as required.
  • Participate in the on-call rota.
