Cygnet Health Care is seeking a confident and compassionate Bank Healthcare Assistant to join our team at Tupwood Gate Nursing Home in Caterham, Surrey.

Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and caring individual to provide high-quality care and support to our residents. As a Bank Healthcare Assistant, you will have the opportunity to work flexible shifts, including days, nights, and weekends, and make a positive difference in the lives of our residents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide person-centered care and support to residents, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and toileting.
  • Support residents with their medical and welfare needs, including administering medication and providing emotional support.
  • Contribute to a safe and clean environment, maintaining high standards of hygiene and housekeeping.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure the best possible outcomes for residents.
