About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality care to our residents, promoting independence and dignity.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management.
  • Support residents with their physical and emotional needs, providing guidance and encouragement when needed.
  • Contribute to a safe and clean environment, maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety.
  • Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless care delivery and effective communication.

Person Specification

  • Essential:
    • Previous experience in a care setting, preferably in a healthcare assistant or support worker role.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and colleagues.
    • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
  • Desirable:
    • Qualifications in healthcare or a related field, such as NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care.
    • Experience working with individuals with dementia or Alzheimer's disease.
