We are seeking a confident and compassionate Bank Healthcare Assistant to join our team at Tupwood Gate Nursing Home.
As a Bank Healthcare Assistant, you will have the opportunity to work flexible shifts, providing high-quality care and support to our residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide person-centered care and support to residents, promoting their independence and well-being.
- Assist with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management.
- Support residents with their physical and emotional needs, including mobility and continence care.
- Contribute to a safe and clean environment, adhering to infection control and health and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a care home environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
- Commitment to providing high-quality care and support, with a focus on resident-centered care.
