We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Commercial Motor Claims Handler to join our team at Aviva. As a Commercial Motor Claims Handler, you will play a critical role in supporting our customers and brokers through the journey of making a motor claim.
Key Responsibilities- Support customers and brokers through the claims process, providing excellent customer service and ensuring that claims are resolved efficiently and effectively.
- Work proactively on claims, building strong relationships with brokers and minimising the inconvenience to our customers' daily lives.
- Juggle multiple tasks at pace and utilise a range of digital systems to manage claims.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and best practices, and contribute to the development of our claims handling processes.
- A competitive salary between £23,900 to £27,300 (depending on hours, skills, and experience) plus additional benefits.
- A bonus opportunity of 6% of annual salary, depending on performance and Aviva's.
- A generous pension scheme, with Aviva contributing up to 14%.
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, and the option to buy or sell up to 5 days.
