About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our Early Years Sufficiency and Business Support team as a Business Support Officer. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the provision of high-quality sustainable childcare across Gloucestershire.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collate and analyze data to inform business decisions and support the Early Years Sufficiency & Business Manager.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with childcare providers to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
  • Support the development of business plans and strategies to promote sufficiency and sustainability of childcare provision.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators, including Ofsted monitoring and reporting.
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry and record-keeping.
About You

We are looking for an individual with excellent organizational skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to analyze and interpret data. You will have a good level of literacy and numeracy, and further academic or professional qualifications in an area such as business administration or finance would be an advantage.
