About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced People Supporter to join our team at The National Trust. As a key member of our People Services Centre, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and support to our employees and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on HR-related matters to employees and managers across the organization.
  • Resolve complex queries and issues in a timely and professional manner, escalating to specialists when necessary.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our people policies and procedures, and apply this knowledge to provide accurate and effective support.
  • Work collaboratively with other teams to identify and implement process improvements, ensuring seamless delivery of services.
  • Contribute to the development of our people services, including the design and delivery of training programs and initiatives.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with HRIS systems and other technology platforms, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and processes.
