Your Responsibilities:
  • Conduct weekly key work sessions to assess progress and tailor support plans.
  • Organize and participate in a variety of enriching activities, such as camping, football, ice skating, gym sessions, and community events.
  • Provide personal care, including assistance with daily living tasks like laundry, cooking, and shopping.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of all young people under your care by adhering to strict policies and procedures.
  • Administer medication as prescribed and maintain accurate records of personal finances.
  • Support young people with their homework assignments and liaise with other staff members to ensure a consistent approach to care.
  • Report any incidents or concerns promptly to relevant personnel.
