Your Responsibilities:- Conduct weekly key work sessions to assess progress and tailor support plans.
- Organize and participate in a variety of enriching activities, such as camping, football, ice skating, gym sessions, and community events.
- Provide personal care, including assistance with daily living tasks like laundry, cooking, and shopping.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all young people under your care by adhering to strict policies and procedures.
- Administer medication as prescribed and maintain accurate records of personal finances.
- Support young people with their homework assignments and liaise with other staff members to ensure a consistent approach to care.
- Report any incidents or concerns promptly to relevant personnel.

We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 per annum (depending on experience) plus a 10% bonus based on achievable KPIs.
