Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Support Specialist to join our team at The People Network. As a Frontline IT Engineer, you will play a critical role in delivering world-class IT operations support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a bridge between clients and our technical teams to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution.
  • Provide rapid response to all tickets and alerts to ensure a high-quality service and minimize disruption to business-as-usual (BAU) functions.
  • Optimize support ticket workflows in line with our support standards and procedures to deliver high-performance results while adhering to client Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Requirements

  • Demonstrated problem-solving and ownership skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Experience with SQL, Unix, and Java, with the ability to read and write complex code.
  • Proven experience in client relationship management, with a strong focus on building and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Fluent English language skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant tools and technologies.

Desirable Skills

  • Experience with AppDynamics, Jira, Confluence, OpsGenie, and Citrix.
  • Knowledge of IT service management frameworks and methodologies.

Education and Qualifications

A degree or equivalent in a computer science or scientific/technical discipline is desirable.
