We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Receptionist/Administrator to join our team at Pearl Medical Centre. As a key member of our administration team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to our healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide a high-quality reception service to patients, doctors, and colleagues, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience for all.
  • Manage patient records, including filing, scanning, and updating medical information.
  • Process repeat prescriptions, answer patient queries, and handle administrative tasks as required.
  • Work effectively with the clinical team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection policies at all times.
Requirements:
  • GCSE level education, including English and Maths, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in reception duties or working with the public.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in using practice software.
  • Awareness of confidentiality and data protection policies.
Desirable:
  • NVQ level 3 in Customer Care.
  • Previous medical reception experience.
  • Self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
