We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Receptionist/Administrator to join our team at Pearl Medical Centre. As a key member of our administration team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to our healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide a high-quality reception service to patients, doctors, and colleagues, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience for all.
- Manage patient records, including filing, scanning, and updating medical information.
- Process repeat prescriptions, answer patient queries, and handle administrative tasks as required.
- Work effectively with the clinical team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection policies at all times.
- GCSE level education, including English and Maths, or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year experience in reception duties or working with the public.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Computer literacy and proficiency in using practice software.
- Awareness of confidentiality and data protection policies.
- NVQ level 3 in Customer Care.
- Previous medical reception experience.
- Self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
