Exciting Opportunity for a Customer Service Training Specialist

We are pleased to announce a full-time position for a Customer Service Training Specialist to become a vital part of our team.


Position Details:
The role involves 38 hours of work per week, organized into 11.5-hour shifts. The working hours will vary, including early morning and late evening shifts, with a requirement to work on weekends.


Sample Shift Schedule:
[7 shifts over a 2-week period]

Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday

The Customer Service Training Specialist will be at the heart of a dynamic transport setting, assisting customers with ticket purchases, addressing inquiries, directing them to their destinations, and upholding our rigorous health and safety standards.


Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service consistently, adopting a proactive and positive approach to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively and accurately with customers, while coordinating with colleagues regarding service updates and disruptions.
- Identify opportunities to promote and sell additional services and products.
- Provide support and assistance to customers, team members, and drivers.
- Contribute to the training and development of peers, ensuring adherence to safety regulations and fostering a secure work environment.


Qualifications:
- Proficient in English language skills.
- Previous experience in front-line customer service within a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude towards customer service and personal growth.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, to meet operational needs.
