Crane Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Crane Engineer to join our client's expanding team in Leeds. As a Crane Engineer, you will be responsible for the inspection, repair, and maintenance of overhead cranes, hoists, and lifting equipment.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have experience in electrical, mechanical, or electromechanical engineering, with a strong understanding of heavy industrial plant mechanics. You will be required to work at heights and have good interpersonal skills for customer relations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inspect, repair, and maintain overhead cranes, hoists, and lifting equipment
  • Perform electrical and mechanical service work
  • Work at heights and in confined spaces
  • Provide excellent customer service and communication
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve maintenance and repair goals

Requirements

  • Experience in electrical, mechanical, or electromechanical engineering
  • Heavy industrial plant mechanic experience preferred
  • Full UK driving licence
