Position Overview:
As a vital member of our team, the Aseptic Release Pharmacy Specialist will contribute significantly to the manufacturing of sterile products within our specialized Aseptic Unit. This role is essential for maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety in pharmaceutical production.

Key Responsibilities:
In this position, you will:
  • Conduct comprehensive release evaluations, ensuring that all necessary documentation and production records are meticulously completed prior to distribution.
  • Work collaboratively with senior pharmacy professionals, providing support to production staff and fostering a cooperative work environment.
  • Address customer inquiries and report any adverse drug reactions promptly, prioritizing patient safety at all times.
  • Enhance your professional development through ongoing training and mentorship, with opportunities to supervise and guide junior staff.

Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:
  • Registered Pharmacy Technician credentials, along with a BTEC/NVQ Level 3 in Pharmacy Services or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a registered Pharmacy Technician, including at least 18 months focused on Aseptic product release.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a solid understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), with experience in cleanroom settings and familiarity with quality management systems.
  • Preferred qualifications include experience in training others, knowledge of SAP systems, presentation capabilities, and supervisory experience.
  • Personal attributes should include reliability, self-motivation, a positive outlook, and a collaborative spirit with a flexible approach to work.
