Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manufacturing Operations Specialist to join our team at NHS Jobs. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and reliable release of aseptic manufactured finished products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with the Senior Manufacturing Operations Specialist to release aseptic manufactured finished products, ensuring all Batch Manufacturing Records and related production documents and quality checks are completed prior to shipment.
  • Perform finished product release checking, ensuring all quality checks are completed and documented.
  • Identify, investigate, and document deviations and errors, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • Provide cover to the Production Technicians performing visual and documentation checks of finished products.
  • Ensure reports from customers relating to product quality complaints or adverse drug reactions are documented and the essential minimum information is collected and forwarded to the Regulatory Affairs Department the same day they are received.
  • Deal with any other duties that do not change the nature of this post.
  • Act in a professional manner at all times to promote a positive image of the Company.
Requirements
  • Experience in aseptic manufacturing and quality assurance.
  • Strong knowledge of GMP guidelines and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
