Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Pharmacy Technician to join our team at B. Braun Medical Ltd. As a Pharmacy Technician - Aseptic Manufacturing Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and safety of our sterile products.

Main Responsibilities

  • Work in a fast-paced aseptic manufacturing environment, following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) at all times.
  • Conduct production checks to ensure all BMRs and related production documents are completed prior to Quality Release.
  • Visually inspect manufactured items to ensure they meet quality standards.
  • Identify, investigate, and document deviations and errors.
  • Provide support and supervision to production operators to ensure standards are maintained throughout the production process.
  • Ensure reports from customers relating to product quality complaints or adverse drug reactions are documented and forwarded to the Regulatory Affairs Department in a timely manner.
  • Perform other duties as required to support the team and promote a positive image of the company.

Requirements

  • Education to Secondary school level.
  • GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths and English.
  • Completed NVQ Pharmacy Services Level 3 and BTEC Pharmaceutical Services or equivalent.
  • Desirable qualifications include Basic Supervisory and Management Training, BBCAPS Production Checking Training, and GPhC registration.
  • Desirable experience includes GMP experience, working in an Aseptic Unit, aseptic manufacture and/or dispensing of Parenteral Nutrition and Intravenous Additives, and dispensary and/or hospital pharmacy experience.
