Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct production checks to ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Verify completion of Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs) and related production documents prior to Quality Release
  • Identify and document deviations, and report errors to the relevant teams
  • Manage customer complaints and adverse drug reactions, documenting and forwarding essential information to the Regulatory Affairs Department
  • Perform other duties as required to maintain the quality and safety of pharmaceutical products
