Business Development Officer

Our company, Get Staffed Online Recruitment, is a leading provider of recruitment services. We deliver high-quality solutions to employers across the region, specializing in apprenticeships, bespoke training programs, and online professional development.

As a Business Development Officer, you will play a key role in shaping our company's growth strategy, driving sales and marketing activities, and supporting all aspects of our business operations. You will be the face of our company, creating a lasting impression, and work closely with stakeholders at every level to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with our management team to develop and execute our company's marketing strategy.
  • Lead sales and promotional activities, driving business growth and expansion.
  • Liaise with employers to manage commercial and training programs.
  • Oversee the completion of training sign-up processes.
  • Coordinate our outreach programs and ensure active engagement with clients.
  • Manage and enhance all client feedback activities.
  • Engage in a variety of general business tasks to support our company's goals.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Ideally, you hold a Level 3 or 4 qualification in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales and marketing, with a strong commercial awareness and organizational skills.
  • A confident, adaptable, and creative approach to your work.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with proficiency in IT and numeracy.
  • A full driving license is required.
