About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at Landmark Information Group. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and converting leads into sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hit daily call targets, typically between 60-80 calls per day, to generate new business leads
  • Record and document call outcomes, ensuring accurate and up-to-date administration
  • Convert calls into leads and manage the chase cycle for unanswered calls
  • Report daily and weekly on converted leads, providing valuable insights for business growth
Requirements
  • Strong communication skills with a friendly and easy tone, able to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues
  • Previous experience in a telesales role is essential, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets
  • IT literate, particularly with the MS Office suite of products and ideally CRM systems
  • Excellent understanding of customer service standards and a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Excellent telephone manner and active listening skills
  • Actively seeking opportunities for personal development and growth within the company
