Job Summary:

Essential Pharma is seeking an experienced leader to fill the role of MSAT Director. This position will be responsible for leading the MSAT function, developing people, and driving process optimization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pharmaceutical industry experience, with a focus on biologics and/or small molecule manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop the MSAT team, driving projects forward and working with key internal and external stakeholders to achieve business goals.
  • Provide overall accountability for the tech transfer process and support due diligence of target assets identified by M&A for potential acquisition.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and product quality.
  • Provide ongoing technical support, addressing process deviations and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
