About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Director of Manufacturing and Supply Chain to lead our MSAT function and drive the successful delivery of our business strategy. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing relationships with our Contract Manufacturing Organization (CMO) partners, driving process development and technology transfer, and ensuring the successful execution of our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management
    • Lead and develop a high-performing MSAT team, driving projects forward and working with key internal and external stakeholders to achieve business goals.
    • Partner with CMOs to ensure the delivery of key projects and develop departmental strategy for tech transfer within portfolio optimization.
  • Process Development and Technology Transfer
    • Provide overall accountability for the tech transfer process and support due diligence of target assets identified by M&A for potential acquisition.
    • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and product quality.
  • Operational Excellence
    • Develop and maintain process control strategies to ensure product consistency.
    • Manage budgets and resource allocation to ensure the successful execution of business objectives.
