Lead the Way in Pharmaceutical Operations

Essential Pharma is seeking an experienced MSAT Director to drive the successful delivery of our business strategy. As a key leadership role, you will be responsible for developing people, leading process optimization, and owning tech transfer for established mature medicines, preclinical, and clinical stage assets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and lead the MSAT team to drive projects forward and achieve business goals.
  • Partner with CMOs to ensure the delivery of key projects and provide ongoing technical support.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and product quality.
  • Provide overall accountability for the tech transfer process and support due diligence of target assets identified by M&A.
Requirements:
  • Sciences degree in a relevant field (pharmaceutical sciences, engineering, biochemistry, or similar).
  • Proven leadership experience of small teams and partner management of CMOs/CDMOs.
  • Extensive pharmaceutical industry experience with biologics and/or small molecule manufacturing.
