We are seeking a Senior Physiotherapist to join our dedicated team at London Bridge Hospital, recognized for its commitment to high-quality healthcare.

In your role as a Senior Pediatric Neuro Physiotherapist, you will work within the Pediatric Neuro Rehabilitation unit, collaborating closely with the Neurorehabilitation Lead. Your responsibilities will include supporting specialized services and providing care for a diverse range of pediatric patients, including those with orthopedic and respiratory needs. You may also be called upon to assist with weekend and on-call services.

You will manage a full clinical caseload, working alongside fellow Pediatric Physiotherapists and the multidisciplinary team while supporting the Clinical Lead Physiotherapist and Head of Therapies in service enhancement initiatives.

What you will contribute:

Oversee a Neurorehabilitation caseload, which includes conducting admission assessments, setting goals, planning treatments, providing equipment, orthotics, and managing discharge processes. Deliver high-quality physiotherapy services to neuro patients across the hospital. Provide clinical support in various areas of the hospital, including pediatric intensive care, orthopedic surgery, and cardiothoracic surgery. Utilize expert clinical reasoning to deliver specialized interventions, support, and guidance to patients, ensuring adherence to best practices. Maintain accurate, up-to-date treatment records that detail each patient's treatment plan and progress. Ensure timely commencement of physiotherapy sessions and appropriate billing for treatments. Adapt to the needs of the service and participate in weekend and standby services as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) Degree in Physiotherapy Extensive experience in Pediatric Neurology and rehabilitation. Experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings within an acute healthcare environment. Experience collaborating across various physiotherapy disciplines.
