We are seeking a Senior Pediatric Physiotherapist to join our dedicated team at London Bridge Hospital, recognized for its commitment to high-quality healthcare.

In your role as a Senior Pediatric Physiotherapist, you will be integral to the Pediatric Neuro Rehabilitation unit, collaborating closely with the Neurorehabilitation Lead. Your responsibilities will include supporting the specialized rehabilitation service and managing a diverse caseload that may encompass general pediatric, orthopedic, and respiratory cases, ensuring comprehensive care across the board.

You will maintain a full clinical caseload while working alongside fellow Pediatric Physiotherapists and the multidisciplinary team, contributing to service development initiatives under the guidance of the Clinical Lead Physiotherapist and Head of Therapies.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a Neurorehabilitation caseload, including conducting assessments, setting goals, and developing treatment plans, while ensuring high-quality physiotherapy care for neuro patients. Provide clinical support across various departments, including pediatric intensive care, orthopedic surgery, and cardiothoracic surgery. Utilize expert clinical judgment to deliver specialized interventions and guidance to patients, adhering to best practices at all times. Maintain accurate and detailed treatment records that outline each patient's care plan and progress. Ensure timely commencement of physiotherapy sessions and appropriate billing for services rendered. Adapt to the needs of the service by participating in weekend and on-call duties as required.

Qualifications and Experience:

Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC). Degree in Physiotherapy. Extensive experience in Pediatric Neurology and rehabilitation. Background in both inpatient and outpatient settings within an acute healthcare environment. Experience collaborating across various physiotherapy disciplines.
