We are seeking a Senior Physiotherapist specializing in Pediatric Neuro to join our dedicated team at London Bridge Hospital.

As a Senior Pediatric Neuro Physiotherapist, your role will involve working within the Pediatric Neuro Rehabilitation unit, collaborating closely with the Neurorehabilitation Lead. You will also provide support for various services, including general pediatric, orthopedic, and respiratory care, ensuring comprehensive coverage for our physiotherapy team.

Your responsibilities will include managing a full clinical caseload, collaborating with fellow Pediatric Physiotherapists and the multidisciplinary team, while also assisting the Clinical Lead Physiotherapist and Head of Therapies in advancing service development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a caseload focused on Neurorehabilitation, which includes conducting admission assessments, setting goals, planning treatments, providing equipment, orthotics, and planning discharges. Deliver high-quality physiotherapy care to neuro patients. Provide clinical support across various departments within the hospital, including pediatric intensive care, orthopedic surgery, and cardiothoracic surgery. Utilize expert clinical reasoning to deliver specialized interventions, support, and guidance to patients, ensuring adherence to best practices. Maintain precise, up-to-date treatment records that detail each patient's treatment plan and progress. Ensure timely commencement of physiotherapy sessions and appropriate billing for treatments. Adapt to the service's needs by participating in weekend and on-call services as required.

Qualifications and Experience:

Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC). Degree in Physiotherapy. Extensive experience in Pediatric Neurology and rehabilitation. Experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings within an acute healthcare environment. Background in working across various physiotherapy disciplines.
