Position Overview: Teaching Personnel is seeking an Enrollment Specialist to join our team. This pivotal role is essential in facilitating the recruitment process for prospective students, managing all facets of enrollment administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary contact for potential students, parents, and representatives.
  • Handle inquiries through written communication and assist in organizing open house events and personalized visit days.
  • Demonstrate exceptional ICT and literacy skills to produce precise and suitable correspondence throughout the enrollment process.
  • Distribute informational materials and maintain comprehensive records of all inquiries.

Working Hours: The position requires a commitment of 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Flexibility may be necessary to accommodate evening and weekend events, with compensatory time off provided.

Candidate Profile: The ideal candidate will possess a high standard of written and spoken English and be adept in Microsoft Office applications. A friendly and approachable demeanor is essential, along with the ability to foster positive relationships with a diverse array of individuals.
