Client Support Training Specialist

Anderson Knight is looking for a dedicated Client Support Training Specialist to oversee vital back-office client operations.
This position is focused on maintaining superior service quality and complying with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure outstanding client satisfaction.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage client service transactions while ensuring adherence to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and SLAs:
- Monitor and reconcile unallocated transactions, ensuring prompt allocation to client accounts, including cash entries and reimbursements.
- Provide exceptional client support by efficiently addressing transaction inquiries.
- Oversee daily client transaction activities and allocations utilizing the client management system.
- Execute daily, weekly, and monthly responsibilities to guarantee effective service delivery, with an emphasis on month-end posting requirements.
- Stay updated on current operational and compliance regulations, participating in training sessions as necessary.
This role requires a commitment of 35 hours per week, typically spanning 5 days with 1 in 4 Saturdays:
- Monday to Friday: 8am - 8pm
- Saturday & Sunday: 9am - 6pm
Ideal candidates will possess relevant experience in the financial sector:
- Strong time management, planning, and organizational skills.
- Experience in data entry and transaction processing.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a Client Services Administrator or similar capacity.
