Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate technician appointments through phone interactions with clients, ensuring that diary slots are booked accurately and inquiries are handled appropriately. Your goal is to deliver and advocate for exceptional service for both customers and clients throughout the organization. You will ensure that service standards are upheld and that any issues are addressed effectively. Below are further details regarding this exciting role:
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling all incoming calls in a professional manner, addressing inquiries from clients, canvassers, and external organizations when possible, and directing them to other teams as necessary.
- Effectively communicating relevant information to members of your department and other departments.
- Collaborating with canvassers and local councils/housing associations.
- Scheduling client property evaluations. Confirming these evaluations via phone, email, post, and/or text, and rescheduling or canceling appointments when unavoidable.
- Processing and documenting post-evaluation updates from surveyors via phone after property evaluations have been conducted.
- Maintaining a database of clients, including their contact details, funding eligibility, property information, and current status regarding property evaluations, updating these records as necessary.
- Demonstrated communication skills, capable of engaging with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
- Ability to work independently, as part of a team, or in collaboration with other departments as required.
- Proficiency in relevant software, such as Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong administrative capabilities.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to learn from experience.
- Ability to identify knowledge or training gaps and consult with the team manager to address any deficiencies.
- Capability to manage outgoing calls and respond to incoming calls under pressure in an efficient and professional manner.
- Salary - ranging from £23,000 to £25,500 depending on experience + Quarterly Bonuses
