Position Overview: We are currently seeking a skilled Facilities Operations Manager to oversee our dynamic operations team in London.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the fulfillment of service level agreements and key performance indicators for each contract, maintaining exceptional service quality and fostering strong client relationships.
  • Lead, motivate, and inspire a team of cleaning personnel across multiple sites, managing team performance, human resources issues, and financial aspects of the contracts.
  • Conduct regular site visits within the contract portfolio and provide updates to the Head Office.

Working Hours: This role requires a commitment of 40 hours per week, typically Monday to Friday, with flexible start and finish times to accommodate business needs.

Location: The position involves travel to various sites within the Greater London area.

Benefits:

Qualifications: Candidates should possess management experience in one or more of the following areas:

  • Communal and Office Cleaning
  • School Cleaning
  • Retail Cleaning
  • Medical Cleaning

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the onboarding and training of new and existing team members to ensure safe and proficient task execution.
  • Support staff through training, mentoring, and coaching to deliver high-quality services that meet client specifications.
  • Monitor and address poor performance or misconduct in accordance with company policies.
  • Promote safe working practices and maintain up-to-date health and safety training records.
  • Manage staff schedules to ensure services are adequately staffed and budgeted.
  • Oversee the efficient management of company vehicles and report any relevant incidents.
