Financial Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team at Hunter Mason Consulting Ltd. This position is ideal for individuals looking to enhance their expertise in financial administration within a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
As a vital member of our finance department, you will be responsible for:
- Sales Ledger Management: Ensure that all invoices are generated and recorded accurately and promptly.
- Purchase Ledger Oversight: Secure necessary approvals for all incoming purchase invoices.
- Nominal Ledger Processing: Execute payment runs to suppliers based on invoices that have received the required approvals.
- Credit Card Reconciliation: Conduct regular reconciliations of the credit card account.
Proficiency in IT, particularly in Microsoft Excel, is crucial for this role. Experience in the construction industry is advantageous but not mandatory.
