Job Description

**Commercial Department**

This newly created position will have input for the development of the partnership and sponsorship strategy. The role will also involve managing innovative, multi-year, high-value sponsorships and partners for a number of well-known brands.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and manage partnerships for major events and the wider business.
  • Account Management: Oversee the management of existing partnerships, ensuring that partner rights are delivered effectively and in accordance with contractual obligations.
  • Business Development: Proactively identify new sponsorship opportunities and potential partners, conduct market research, and develop compelling partnership proposals.
  • Prepare regular reports on partnership performance, including key metrics, activations, and recommendations for future growth.
  • Drive revenue for the business through meaningful partnerships.

**Performance Responsibilities:**

  • Performance will be monitored against the following:
  • Proven experience in sports sponsorship account management or a related field.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint and Excel.
