Key Responsibilities

  • Account Management: Assist in managing existing partner relationships, including partner meetings, planning and executing deliverables to ensure seamless collaboration and mutual benefit.
  • Stakeholder Management: Liaise with relevant departments, such as Marketing, Public Events, and Finance, to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  • Administrative Responsibilities: Oversee administrative requirements relating to the partnerships department, including budget management and reporting.
  • Budget Management: Manage partnerships budget in some areas, ensuring efficient allocation and utilization of resources.

Team Responsibilities

  • Revenue Growth: Drive revenue for the business through meaningful partnerships, identifying new opportunities and developing strategies to enhance revenue streams.
  • Rights Delivery: Ensure best-in-class rights delivery for all partners, guaranteeing a high level of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Relationship Building: Create and nurture relationships to ensure they remain fruitful for all parties involved, fostering a culture of collaboration and mutual benefit.
  • Recruitment: Work with the Head of Partnerships to identify, pursue, and secure strategic partnerships to enhance the visibility and profitability of Silverstone.
  • Rights Holder Relationships: Liaise with key Rights Holders, such as Formula One Management & Dorna, to ensure smooth delivery of events and activations.
