About the Role

We are seeking a talented People Support professional to join our dynamic People Team at Butlin's Bognor Regis.

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our HR Advisors and Payroll Manager to provide exceptional support to our leaders and team members.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing daily administration support to the HR function to deliver high-quality people support and service.
  • Supporting the absence management policy, including checking and filing return to work forms and escalating problems to the HR Advisors and People Partner.
  • Managing our on-resort reward schemes, online DBS process, data trackers, key metrics, and monthly HR dashboard reporting.
  • Processing data related to leavers and highlighting areas for improvement in retention.
  • Performing general office administration tasks.

This is an on-resort role covering 30 hours per week, with a flexible working pattern to be discussed during interview. Occasional weekend working may be required.

About You

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work with a wide range of leaders and team members.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • A keen interest in HR-related matters and a willingness to learn and develop your skills.
  • Confidence in analyzing data to identify trends and make suggestions for improvement.

A CIPD level qualification is desirable, but not essential. What is more important to us is your mindset, hands-on experience, and ability to pick up new things quickly.
